Frequently asked questions
Do I pay influencers separately on top of the plan fee?
No, you don’t pay influencers separately. If you specify a remote area, an extra collaboration fee applies.
Who provides the food for influencers’ in-store tastings?
The restaurant provides the food for in-store tastings.
Should I choose Standard Ticket or Plus Ticket?
Standard Ticket suits restaurant brands that want a focused one-month push to build a lot of online exposure quickly. Plus Ticket suits new openings or new launches that need exposure on several platforms at once and want higher-quality influencer content.
How do I avoid choosing influencers who aren't up to standard?
Every influencer has a Try.Eat! grade, based on their social media data and past collaborations (including punctual attendance, consistent posting and filming quality), and compared with influencers of similar follower size. After influencers apply, you approve who takes part.
Can I ask for changes if a post isn’t what I wanted?
Yes. Before an influencer publishes a post, you can review it and suggest changes.
What if an influencer doesn’t show up after applying?
Contact the Try.Eat! team member handling your campaign and we will help right away. No-shows and serious lateness are recorded by the system and affect the influencer’s grade, and with it their future campaign approvals.
I'm new to influencer marketing. Will someone guide me?
Yes. Every merchant has a dedicated Try.Eat! team member, and you can contact them directly at any time.
How soon can I start?
You can publish on the same day you create the campaign. The recruitment period is 30 days.
How do I know if the promotion worked?
Once the campaign ends you can view a report covering exposure, engagement, attendance and the Top 3 posts.
